About Us

We are delighted to welcome our guests to this very special place; Old Lanwarnick.  Since arriving in November 2014, we have aimed to preserve its ancient heritage whilst providing modern conveniences for luxury living.

We believe in being eco-friendly, introducing LED lights, an electric van, steam cleaning and water flow reducers as well as recycling everything possible.

In 2015 we built our luxury pavilion at the 'Place on the Hill', a spectacular viewing platform, ideal for relaxing in comfort with family and friends with a dining table for 8 and a large seating area with coffee table.

 In 2016 we opened the Victorian Garden, with its Rose Arbour, Herb Garden, fruit trees, vegetable and flower beds. Garden pathways link to the Woodland Walk and include a feature bridge. The scented Rose Garden lies above with easier access and seating for our less mobile guests. The Wild Flower Meadow nearby continues to develop organically. We encourage wildlife and create habitats throughout. Look out for our owl and bird boxes!

Finally, we welcome dog owners and their canine friends with special welcome packs and our new Dog Wash.  We were very proud to have won the 2017/18 Cornwall Tourism Gold Award for Dog Friendly Cottages and the Bronze Award for the South West of England also in 2017/18. 

We hope everyone who visits Old Lanwarnick will love it as much as we do. We truly believe that it is a very special place.
